How to get to the Arena
If you travel by public transportation we reccomend getting of at either the National Theatre og Oslo Sentral Station and walk from there.
The National Theatre is the stop closest to the arena.

From the National Theatre
There are both trams, trains and busses stopping at the National Theatre. Please find more information about all routes on Ruter.no (Train/Bus/Tram).
Walking from the National Theatre to the BMW Oslo Maraton Arena on Rådhusplassen will take approximately 7 minutes. The Start and finish will be at the end of Olav Vs street, near the Expo.
From Oslo Central Station and via the Norwegian Parliament
There are both trams, trains and busses stopping at Oslo Central Station. Please find more information about all routes on Ruter.no (Train/Bus/Tram).
The Fastest way to get from the Central Station to the BMW Oslo Marathon Arena is by walking up “Karl Johans Gate” and go left onto “Rosenkrantz’gate” by The Parliament and follow this street until you see the Expo (a big white tent).
Collecting your bib number
You will receive your entry card to your registered email address in the week leading up to race day. You will also receive this on SMS to your registered number. If you enter in the week leading up to the event the entry card will be sent directly after registration. The bib number will be available for collection in the Expo tent at “Rådhusplassen”.

Packet Pickup
Everyone registered for the EDP Rock ‘n’ Roll Madrid Marathon and ½ have to collect their Race Bibs and swag Bags at the EXPODEPOR – Sports Expo. To collect the Race Bib runners must present an OFFICIAL ID WITH PHOTO along with the DOCUMENT THAT STATES YOUR RACE NUMBER.

A great idea, because on race day between 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. your bib number is valid for public transportation (Zone A and B). The bib number must be carried with you.

If you register before August 30, you will recieve Personalized Bib Number with your name.
You will be able to receive your BIB number on 27th and 28th September, 12:00 -21:00 at Tbilisi Marathon Registration Point in front of Tbilisi Concert Hall (Philharmonia) or before the start on 29th September at the Start and Finish area from 07:30 - 08:30 . Bring your ID card or Passport and have in mind your race number (check it per mail or SMS (SMS only for Georgian citizens)). You can send a representative to pick up your number. The representative must bring written authorization and has to know your individual number. A pickup outside these times is not possible!
Uncollected start documents expire without exception. Rewriting the numbers to another person is not possible. The race number must be worn on the front of the body. The race number must not be damaged or kinked.
Be at the meeting point on Sunday September 29, 2019 from 07:30 h to 08:30 h.

The race will take place on 29th of September 2019 in the streets of Warsaw.
The race will start at 9:00 am. The starting line will be closed after around 15 minutes from the start signal.
The distance of the course is 42,195 km. The course is approved and certified by Polish Athletic Association (PZLA) and IAAF.
The exact course of the race will be announced on the website maratonwarszawski.com. Organizer has the right to change the course and in such an event will inform the participants by posting a new course on www.maratonwarszawski.com. Such a change shall not create any additional claims and/or liabilities.
Every kilometer of the course will be marked with vertical and horizontal signs.
The start area will be divided into pens. Participants shall enter the appropriate pen according to the color of the starting number.
The color of starting number is set on the basis of result declared by the participant during in the registration form. The declared result can be changed until 31st August 2019. The organizer does not guarantee that the participants who settle the entry fee after 31st August 2019 will get the pen (the color of the starting number) in accordance with their declared result.
Marathon Relay
Team is the strength! Marathon relay is a proposal for teams of three. This is a great opportunity for people who are just getting used to the idea of covering the royal distance. This way you can also close the race season with friends, family or colleagues.
See how you work in the team before the race! Sign up for the charity race #BiegamDobrze and support one of nine charities. After collecting 650 PLN you will receive your race kits and the collected funds will be donated to the selected organization.
